Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation is a process which requires a design to be printing with special inks on a special media, and is then heat transferred to embed the ink into the fabric, which creates a color-fast, no-hand print, that will last much longer and stay much brighter through more washings then any process in the past. Halcyon has continued to promote and produce quality and progressive dye sublimation products including moisture wicking tee shirts for performance fabrics, mugs and badges and other promo items, laptop sleeves, mouse pads and rash guards with full color saturation and all over product printing. We use high-end RIP software to color process match for different media, optimizing our output consumables and exact color reproduction for all applications.

Direct-to-Garment (direct to cotton)
Direct-to-Garment (direct to cotton) digital printing is a new and sophisticated process utilizing high resolution digital printers by companies such as Brother and Sawgrass, to print designs directly to garments and fabric and activated by heat pressing after print is completed. Limited in size, Digital printing like this offers a viable and cost effective solution to full color print reproductions. A good process for reproducing pictures and collage style artwork, the process also activates the ink directly into the fabric, leaving a no-hand feel to the print and adding years to the color fastness of the design. We have utilized this process for hundreds of thousands of prints and find its quality and use to be first rate, and encourage our clients to consider this process for any challenging print.
